50fps to 25fps ... C100mark2 files

Hi all,

I just shot some clips on the Canon C100mark2 ... Then I converted them using the ClipWrap to Apple Pro Res HD ... But now for some reason my Cinema Tools is not Conforming the files from 50fps to 25fps... Anyone knows what could be going wrong?
